Steps to Activate Your License


1. Check your email

After your purchase, you will receive an email with your activation code.


2. Access the Licensing Portal

Navigate to the Licensing Portal.

3. Login

In the portal, enter:

  • The email address used during checkout

  • Your activation code

Then click Activate.


4. Retrieve the Locking ID

In Q‑SYS Core Manager for the Core you are licensing:

  • Open the Licensing page

  • Locate the Locking ID on the far right

  • Click Copy to copy it to your clipboard

5. Generate the license

Paste your Locking ID into the Licensing Portal and click Activate.

A license code will be generated for your device.

6. Install the license

Copy the generated license code into your plugin’s Properties pane.
If you are also licensing a Backup Core, repeat the process using your second license.
